**About the role:**

As the right hand to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the company. It will be your responsibility to manage and coordinate all content projects related to our strategic accounts, which will involve collaborating internally with content managers, developers, and designers, and externally with a number of stakeholders and decision makers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals, as well as executing tasks as needed and contributing your marketing background to the success of the company.

**Responsibilities**

1. Developing project plans: This involves defining the scope of the project, setting goals and objectives, and determining the resources needed to complete the project.
2. Managing resources: This includes identifying, engaging and acquiring the resources needed to complete the project.
3. Tracking progress: Namely, being responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that it stays on track.
4. Communicating with stakeholders: This involves keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of the project and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
5. Managing risks: This includes being responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the success of the project.
6. Ensuring quality: This includes being responsible for ensuring that the project is completed to the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**

- At least 3 years of experience managing projects with a proven track record of success
- Digital marketing experience of at least three years
- Entrepreneurial qualities and ownership come naturally to you - you are self-driven and comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus.
- In addition to having great interpersonal skills, you thrive under pressure as well
