Job Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer with InfoSec expertise, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our DevOps processes, ensuring robust security measures are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work with a dynamic, experienced team with professional growth opportunities spanning development operations, compliance, engineering and product management, and US healthcare policy and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage VPNs for secure and reliable communication.
• Create and manage branching strategies and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
• Manage servers, containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), applications, and databases in Azure.
• Follow SOC2, HIPAA, and ADA security protocols in all systems and processes.
• Maintain office network and WiFi for seamless connectivity.
• Monitoring system performance and resolving issues related to deployment, infrastructure, or operations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure secure coding practices and adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Implement SOC 2 controls, streamline auditing, collect necessary evidence, and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards.
• Conducting security audits, penetration testing, and compliance checks.
• Ensuring data protection, identity management, and encryption standards are followed.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs; Identify and resolve security issues throughout the dev.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a focus on Cloud Security practices & procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure platform services (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP).
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare applications is a plus.
