Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Project Manager (IPM) to join our team. The IPM will be instrumental in leading and executing client implementation projects, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders, and achieving project goals within aggressive timelines. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building strong client partnerships and driving long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Create and maintain robust project plans, optimizing for both quality and speed to achieve timely go-lives. Manage critical path activities and collaborate with internal teams to lay the foundation for strong implementations.
  • Client Partnership Development: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, working with TCARE's marketing team to capture and promote success stories. Build scalable processes for future client expansion.
  • Contract Attainment: Design and implement processes to ensure the attainment of the full contracted amount while balancing client satisfaction with aggressive schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with TCARE’s sales, product, technical teams, and experts with backgrounds in Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and health plans/insurance companies to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment with all client-side stakeholders and collaborators to achieve seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Management, Project Management).
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is preferred. Similar accreditations or certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2) are also highly regarded.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a strategic mindset. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Reporting Structure:

The Implementation Project Manager will report to TCARE’s VP of Growth and Execution. This executive has deep healthcare and managed care experience, is passionate about TCARE’s work, and is committed to helping team members grow professionally.

Success Metrics:

  • Time to Go-Live: Measure and optimize the time from contract signature to go-live.
  • Client Satisfaction: Balance client satisfaction with contract attainment and aggressive schedules.
  • Long-Term Success: Develop processes that ensure long-term client partnerships and scalability.

Location and Travel:

This is an in-person role based at TCARE’s headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Travel may be required approximately every 1-2 months, depending on implementation volume.
