About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the CEO, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency, strategic execution, and business growth. You will serve as a force multiplier, ensuring that our leadership team is aligned, our processes are optimized, and our key initiatives are executed with precision.

This role is perfect for a highly analytical, operations-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will build and manage a KPI dashboard to track key performance metrics, oversee financial and corporate governance functions, and lead special projects that drive business development and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and the leadership team to tackle high-impact challenges, implement scalable solutions, and enhance overall business performance. Responsibilities

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI/metrics dashboard to monitor and report on organizational performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage basic finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead special business development and technically-oriented projects to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Clinical Operations, and external partners to align strategies and execute initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations, analytics, process optimization, and finance. Experience in healthcare or telehealth is a plus but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic technical proficiency (e.g., SQL) is a bonus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Attributes: Mission-driven, strong ownership mentality, professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to act as a thought partner.

Pay range and compensation package

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
