About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Dietitian Services to lead and oversee our team of dietitians. The ideal candidate will have deep counseling and coaching experience, and will be a results-oriented manager. This role is critical to our mission of providing consistent, high-quality care and fostering long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dietitians, ensuring high standards of patient care and professional development.
  • Patient Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient retention and ensure dietitians maintain long-term relationships with patients.
  • Patient Engagement: Monitor and encourage frequent patient-dietitian interactions, ensuring that dietitians follow up with patients regularly and provide continuous support.
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to dietitians to ensure they meet company standards and patient care objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high-quality care standards across all dietitian services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze patient data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing patient retention and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and patient-centric service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions and peer support groups for dietitians to keep them updated on best practices, new technologies, and company protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by dietitians or patients promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or telehealth setting, preferably with a focus on dietitian services.
  • Strong understanding of patient retention strategies and the ability to implement effective engagement tactics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and healthcare management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment for dietitians.
