About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, personable, and experienced Practice Relationship Director to strengthen and expand our practice and provider relationships. This role is crucial for ensuring that providers are well-informed about our services, satisfied with their experiences and the care that their patients are receiving from Swap, and identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, relationship-builder, and strategic thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and primary care practices within our partner hospital systems.
  • Education and Training: Ensure that doctors and their staff are well-educated about our services through regular training sessions, informational materials, and ongoing support.
  • Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor the satisfaction levels of doctors with our services, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and explore new opportunities for service expansion and improvement within existing client practices.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from doctors and practices to inform product development and service enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and utilization of our services within partner practices, providing insights and reports to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client needs.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by doctors or practices in using our services.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors and practices, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in relationship management within the healthcare industry, preferably with hospital systems or primary care practices.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and telehealth services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and as needed to meet with clients and attend relevant events.
