About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Clinical Operations to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving performance and excellence in telehealth settings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to own and improve all key clinical operational metrics, ensuring the highest quality of care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership to the clinical operations team, ensuring seamless delivery of telehealth services.

- Performance Metrics: Own and continuously improve all key clinical operational metrics, including patient satisfaction, provider efficiency, clinical quality, and financial performance.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of clinical quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement quality assurance programs and protocols.

- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinical efficiency and service delivery. Utilize data-driven insights to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative solutions that enhance clinical capabilities and patient experiences.

- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. Align clinical operational goals with overall business objectives to drive growth and scalability.

- Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional patient experiences by optimizing clinical workflows and provider interactions. Address patient feedback and implement improvements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of clinical initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior clinical operations role within the healthcare industry, preferably in telehealth. Proven track record of driving performance and excellence in clinical operations.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in clinical operational metrics analysis.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the telehealth industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices. Familiarity with revenue cycle management and insurance billing processes.

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize clinical operations. Experience with telehealth platforms and healthcare IT systems is a plus.
