About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships and Sales to join our team and lead our commercial efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing partnerships with health systems and will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, closing, and growing new partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to dynamically navigate health systems organizations to launch and drive successful partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with health systems and other healthcare providers. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote and expand our telehealth services.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Focus on driving growth through new partnerships and expanding existing relationships.

- Performance Metrics: Own and continuously improve key performance metrics related to partnerships and sales. Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships and sales channels. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

- Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners. Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships and sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior partnerships and sales roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in telehealth. Proven track record of securing and managing referral partnerships with health systems.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in sales metrics analysis.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices. Familiarity with revenue cycle management and insurance billing processes.

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize partnership and sales efforts. Experience with telehealth platforms and healthcare IT systems is a plus.
