What We're Looking For
We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between data and creative at Sourse. This person will own the feedback loop between paid social performance and the content we put into market, turning what the numbers say into briefs, concepts, and creative that drives acquisition through our DTC channel.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative: someone who can read a performance dashboard, form a hypothesis, write a sharp brief, and give meaningful feedback on a cut, all in the same week. You'll work closely with our growth and creative teams and have real ownership over how Sourse shows up on Meta and TikTok.
What You'll Do
- Build and drive paid social creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, with a focus on customer acquisition for our DTC channel, spanning evergreen campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
- Partner with the growth team to design structured creative experiments, interpret results, and use those learnings to continuously sharpen our approach.
- Own the end-to-end creative workflow, from initial concept through briefing, production handoff, and final review of deliverables.
- Dig into audience and persona research to uncover new segments, surface relevant insights, and translate them into creative direction that resonates.
- Stay close to what's happening on platform: tracking format trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor creative to keep our strategy current and competitive.
- Bring AI tools into the creative process where they add real efficiency or lift output quality.
About You
- 4–7 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, ideally with meaningful time at a DTC brand or performance-focused agency.
- Fluent in Meta and TikTok...you know the platforms, the formats, and what makes an ad work on each.
- Analytically sharp with genuine creative instincts, you're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are giving feedback on a video concept.
- Experienced in audience research and skilled at turning those insights into concrete creative direction.
- A strong project manager who can keep multiple campaigns moving without dropping the ball.
- Collaborative, clear in your communication, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scrappy environment where you'll need to figure things out as you go.
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into day-to-day creative workflows to improve output and efficiency.
- A desire to grow beyond your role and act as an overall leader for the team
