You will be part of a lean founding team. The Digital Media Specialist is a key member of the Sourse team, managing all Sourse media platforms, analytics, and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth, venture-backed wellness company.
Responsibilities
- Organize, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) across social media platforms
- Work with creative teams, designers, and producers to identify content opportunities and develop highly engaging, business-driving campaigns that get talked about and shared
- Moderate Sourse social media platforms for public and private feedback, UGC, product reviews and relevant trends
- Engage with the company’s affiliate partners to identify opportunities to activate their audiences and foster our growing community, building brand loyalty and awareness
- Set up data processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
- Supervise community and influencer engagement to drive positive brand conversations and grow our influencer marketing program
- Brainstorm and implement advertising A/B experiments and conversion tests
- Create reports and dashboards to share key insights with the team on a weekly basis
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI
- Measure digital traffic and conversions
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience with social media campaigns
- Passion for media, including a thorough understanding of latest trends and communications tactics
- Genuine interest in the wellness industry
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability
- Experience building new database systems from the ground up
- Experience working with data visualization tools and marketing dashboards
- Have an in-depth understanding of top social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Resourceful with a keen eye for sourcing relevant and engaging content
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and attention to detail
- Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Work, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- An entrepreneurial spirit and will to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
