Workplace Experience Manager (Bay Area) @ Midi Health
Location: Bay Area (Hybrid; on-site presence in both Palo Alto and San Francisco offices required)
Reports to: VP, People
About the Role
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to own and elevate the day-to-day operations and experience across our Bay Area offices. This role is first and foremost responsible for ensuring our offices are fully operational, high-functioning, and well-managed, while also creating welcoming, culture-building environments where employees feel connected and supported.
Facilities & Office Operations

Own day-to-day operations for both Palo Alto and San Francisco offices, ensuring fully functioning, safe, and high-quality work environments

Manage all vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities, internet, AV, etc.) and oversee office budgets

Lead office moves, build-outs, space planning, and expansions as needed

Ensure offices are compliant, well-maintained, fully stocked, and operating smoothly

Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities issues and office troubleshooting

Develop scalable systems and vendor partnerships to support multiple offices and large on-site events as the company grows
Workplace Experience

Design and execute employee events, leadership meetings, and on-site experiences that build connection and community

Create a warm, welcoming office experience for employees, candidates, executives, and visitors

Partner closely with the People team to support onboarding, in-office programming, and culture initiatives

Continuously improve the in-office experience based on employee feedback and evolving business needs

Support remote-first connection and engagement initiatives for our distributed workforce
Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner with People, IT, Finance, and leadership on office strategy, headcount planning, and space needs

Partner with Executive Assistants to support executives and leaders with office-related logistics, meetings, and on-site events

Support company-wide meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsites hosted in the Bay Area

Serve as a culture carrier and ambassador for the Bay Area offices
Qualifications
-
Minimum 6+ years of direct experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or office operations

Minimum 2+ years experience managing multiple offices and complex vendor relationships

Strong project management, budgeting, and operational execution skills

Familiarity with Bay Area office markets and vendor ecosystems

Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for creating excellent employee experiences

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, scaling environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Fluency in Spanish strongly desired
At Midi Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The estimated salary range for this role is $130-140,000 per year, based on factors such as experience and skills. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a wide range of benefits and equity in the company.
