Who we are:

Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. Our platform provides care designed by experts, scaled by technology, and delivered by trained and compassionate clinicians.

We accept most major PPO insurance products, and we offer convenient access to clinical care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications, supplements, and other therapies.

We’re passionately focused on improving the symptoms of women’s midlife hormone change because the current system too often leaves women misdiagnosed and undertreated. At Midi, we’re changing that.

About the role:

  • Collaboration with Operations and Clinical Teams: Work closely with operations and clinical teams to gather domain-specific knowledge and understand the intricacies of patient journey in the telehealth clinic. Collaborate to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking and improving operational efficiency.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create intuitive and informative visualizations of data insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the impact of data-driven decisions.
  • Data Insights for Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the telehealth clinic based on data-driven insights. Propose and implement solutions that reduce data inaccuracies/incompleteness, streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance patient experience.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data governance practices. Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and repositories.

Who you are:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bonus Points: Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., prescriptions data, claims data, electronic health records), working with AWS
