Midi is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our growing healthcare start-up. We are seeking someone who has empathy and compassion for supporting women 40+.
Pay: $18-20/hour
Status: Full time, benefited, employed (W2)
Hours: Saturday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume patient inbound calls
- Resolve patient concerns, including technical support and complaints
- Triage patient calls using the patient portal (athenaHealth) or Zendesk when necessary
Skills:
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and calm
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-starter
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years providing a high touch patient experience
- 2 years Zendesk experience
- 2 years Athena experience
- 2 years Google Workplace experience (required)
- Strong and professional verbal communication skills
- Strong and professional written communications skills
- Strong, reliable internet and quiet, distraction-free workplace
