M7 is at an exciting inflection point, and this role is critical to accelerating our go-to-market engine.

What you’ll do at M7

As our Events & Engagement Marketing lead, you’ll be the face of M7 at industry events and healthcare conferences. You’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all events, partnering closely with our founders, our growing Sales team, and our Marketing Lead to create moments that elevate our brand and drive GTM impact.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are energized by building relationships, love the thrill of live events, and bring a polished, high-EQ presence to every room.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the end-to-end event strategy: Identify the right conferences, meetings, and events for the M7 founders and Sales/Marketing teams to attend. Manage logistics, prepare material, and oversee budgets.
  • Nail the details: Manage relationships with vendors and partners to seamlessly execute experiences. From strategic communications to place card settings — every detail should be organized, accounted for and handled proactively.
  • Represent M7 in the field: Attend events alongside co-founders and Account Executives to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Lead pre- and post-event communications: Drive outreach to prospects, manage lead follow-up, and collaborate with Sales on conversion workflows.
  • Measure and report on event success: Track performance using lead volume, pipeline impact, and brand visibility metrics.
  • Elevate M7’s brand visibility: Identify and secure speaking opportunities, panel slots, and co-branded partner experiences.
  • Leverage systems and tools: Have experience with a combination of Hubspot, Webflow, Cvent and/or other event platforms to track, analyze, and optimize event performance.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in event planning: You have managed end-to-end event logistics in a corporate environment or better yet, in a high-growth startup environment. Experience in healthcare / health tech is an extra plus.
  • Are a natural relationship builder: You bring high EQ to all internal and external engagements. You have a vision, are highly creative, and are driven by creating memorable experiences.
  • Understand how events drive revenue: You have a POV on connecting field programs to pipeline generation and GTM priorities.
  • Are familiar with healthcare buyer culture: You understand the hospital and health system ecosystem and how to navigate stakeholders effectively.
