What you'll be doing:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential units, office spaces, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Inspect properties to determine cleaning needs and address any maintenance concerns
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and responding to their inquiries
• Restock cleaning supplies and restrooms as needed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Execute deep cleaning projects as assigned
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  
  

Physical requirements:

• Ability to perform indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Regularly lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
• Be on your feet for extended periods, including bending, kneeling, and standing
• Work evenings and weekends as needed

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
  
  

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
  
  

Work Location: Multiple Locations; travel to properties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of cleaning experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
