The Role:

FlyteHealth is looking for a product management professional who has a minimum of 3 years of experience building clinical care solutions for MDs, NPs, RDs, and their patients.

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the leader of the product team and partnering with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists to develop technology solutions that enhance the operational efficiencies of our clinical team members.

Specific Prior Experience:

• Led high-velocity product teams, UI/UX designers and Engineers within B2B2C clinical products that integrate with electronic medical records platform APIs
• Design and launched scalable solutions to supporting tens of thousands of patients, providers iterating faster time-to-meet market demands
• Created SaaS software solutions that increase provider productivity, drive patient engagement, and data-driven decision-making with business intelligence and real-time analytics.
• Built AI-driven medication and clinical decision tools using LLMs, NLP and Predictive AI models partnering closely with Data Scientists

Product Management Expertise:

• Ship fast, Iterate faster. Led Agile development cycles focused on execution speed and delivery timelines.
• Developed high-impact features (individual and EPICs) using visual designs within PRDs based upon SME needs and competitive research analysis balancing speed vs quality tradeoffs
• Bias for action - proactively removed roadblocks and optimized execution workflows to shorten time-to-market
• Implemented project sizing with financial analysis/impact aligned to the company’s business OKRs driving business outcomes
• Used Asana, Figma, Product Board, Confluence, JIRA and Github to build and project manage application development lifecycle
• Implemented user testing protocols and release process for internal/external stakeholders
• Built go-to-market materials that highlight key features for end-users

Education:

• BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Product Management/Product Owner Certifications or MBA a plus
