💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with extensive experience in Python and Django. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge in both front-end and back-end development, and be adept at navigating the complexities of the full software stack. A strong background in Electronic Health Records (EHR) integrations is highly desirable. In this senior role, you will not only contribute to the development and enhancement of our innovative AI compliance platform but also provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and lead cross-functional project teams. This position requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust Python/Django code.
2. Architect and implement complex full-stack web solutions, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies.
3. Spearhead user interface design and web page interactions, while ensuring server and database functionality.
4. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices and responsiveness of applications.
5. Oversee projects from conception to final product, including managing deadlines and making strategic adjustments.
6. Uphold high standards in code integrity, organization, and security practices.
7. Guide the integration and implementation of security and data protection measures.
8. Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead collaboration efforts with various stakeholders across the software development life cycle.

🎓Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent senior-level work experience.
2. Extensive experience with Python and Django.
3. Proven track record with EHR integration and familiarity with healthcare industry standards.
4. Mastery of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
6. Expertise in database design, management, and optimization.
7. Proficient in user interface design principles and best practices.
8. Experience in leading projects and using project management tools, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
9. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
