Investor Relations Associate – 25madison

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, NYC)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Who We Are

25madison is a multi-strategy investment platform backed by Apollo Global Management and prominent family offices.

Across all strategies, our unifying theme is bringing AI technology to legacy businesses – helping them grow faster, operate more efficiently, and build durable competitive advantages. We partner closely with founders and management teams, combining capital with hands-on operational support to drive long-term value creation.

We are actively raising our debut lower-middle market buyout fund and expect to raise a second venture capital fund in 2026.

The Opportunity

We are building a best-in-class, execution-driven investor relations function to support fundraising, LP communications, and long-term investor partnerships.

We are hiring an Investor Relations Associate to help build, run, and continuously improve the operational backbone of IR across 25madison. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in precision, rigor, and follow-through, and who wants to be deeply accountable for the quality and reliability of investor-facing work.

About the Role

You will sit at the center of fundraising support, investor communications, and fund coordination across investment, finance, and operations teams. This role carries significant responsibility early and involves owning the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of investor-facing materials, data, and communications, ensuring the firm operates with institutional-grade rigor.

You will be responsible for making sure the IR function runs cleanly, consistently, and predictably as the platform scales and complexity increases. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role. You will be trusted early with core IR processes and expected to operate with institutional-grade discipline as the platform scales.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy and quality of all investor-facing materials, including decks, DDQs, data rooms, and reports
  • Run the operational execution of fundraising, including CRM hygiene, investor tracking, diligence workflows, and timelines
  • Manage LP reporting and communications execution, coordinating inputs and QA’ing all outbound materials
  • Act as the execution hub between IR, investment, finance, and operations teams
  • Build and improve IR systems and processes as the platform scales
  • Apply strong judgment around prioritization, escalation, and external communication

You likely:

  • Have experience in high-standards environments (e.g., placement agents, investment banks, institutional platforms) where rigor, accuracy, and reliability matter
  • Maintain a high personal bar for quality, with strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work
  • Bring a hands-on, ownership-oriented approach to execution, including the unglamorous work required to get things right
  • Are energized by lean, evolving environments and motivated to build durable, best-in-class processes
  • Exercise sound judgment under pressure, knowing how to prioritize, when to escalate, and how to protect quality on tight timelines
  • Communicate clearly and work fluently across core tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and virtual data rooms

How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and share their qualifications via our application on Breezy. Applications and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of February 6, 2026.

Target Annual Base Salary Range: $110K-150K. Final salary with bonus will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary reflected does not include equity, annual discretionary bonus, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.

25madison is an equal-opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other factor protected by law.
