The Role:

We’re looking for a Fullstack SWE - Forward Deployed Engineer for our Incubations. This person is a builder who codes with heart, ships fast, and thrives at the edge of creativity and execution. You’ll be the technical force behind our earliest venture MVPs across healthcare, supply chain, and AI.

You’ll work closely with business leads, designers, and early customers to prototype, validate, and launch high-quality MVPs that drive conviction for new venture creation — then hand off scalable foundations to our studio CTO. You obsess over taking early design partner customers' requirements live in a call to usable product in hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Rapidly build and ship robust, Lovable/Low-Code MVPs that customers actually want
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and operators to test ideas and iterate fast
• Build using AI-native and low-code tools (Lovable, Base44, Vercel, Replit, etc.)
• Architect clean, maintainable codebases ready for scale
• Contribute to shared infrastructure that accelerates future builds

Technical Chops:

• Full-stack fluency: Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript
• AI-native development: LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• Data & infra: PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, Redis, AWS/GCP/Vercel
• ML experience: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn; building AI-enhanced user experiences
• APIs & integrations: Comfortable building and integrating rapidly
• Rapid prototyping: Combines code + no-code to deliver MVPs in days

• 6+ MVPs that unlock conviction for new studio companies
• Efficient handoffs to the CTO that save months of engineering effort

Target Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary reflected does not include an annual discretionary bonus, equity compensation, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.
