About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Chief of Staff to work alongside our executive team. This role involves working day-to-day with our CEO and senior leadership on all aspects of building Flightline into a leading FinTech platform, executing day-to-day responsibilities in areas including marketing & sales, product, fundraising, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a top consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or comparable professional environment, and will bring a blend of analytical rigor, critical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Areas of Responsibility

●Act as a thought partner to the executive team, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.

● Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations, including client and investor presentations, ensuring clear communication.

● Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver an outstanding product that satisfies the requirements of discerning financial institutions

● Manage and lead special projects with high visibility and impact across the company.

● Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree from a top university.

● 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, including in a top consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or comparable professional environment.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems.

● Passion for building and scaling businesses.
