Role Purpose

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be the face of TCARE, sell TCARE program value, support engagement initiatives, and scheduling liaison for client account success.

Job Summary

Engagement Coordinators will engage customers by managing outbound and inbound outreaches, engage and recruit customers, schedule customers with TCARE Specialists participating in the TCARE® Program.


• Build strong relationships with customers as a brand ambassador of the company

• Ability to understand, communicate, and educate the brand philosophy to the customer adhering to dedicated account scripting

• Ensures the delivery of prompt, courteous and knowledge of services to all customers

• Outreach customers to coordinate scheduling appointments

• Increase customer program engagement

• Support customer retention

• Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators

• Distribute education and communication materials through print/mail, e-mail, SMS/text, and other appropriate delivery channels

• Manage multiple and differing client contract needs

• Maintain detailed records of communication and record customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures

• Communicate customer needs to internal team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales, administrative, and customer service experience

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Must possess superior customer relations skills

• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

• Basic knowledge & comfort working with standard software packages

• Passionate to learn and practice new skills and protocols

• Ability to work independently and meet job work expectations and client contracts

• Empathizing and compassionate skills with the ability to handle delicate conversations

• Ability and desire to cold-call high volumes of individuals to coordinate scheduling and program enrollment

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Social Workers

• Experience working with older adults, IDD communities, or family caregivers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on level of experience


• 8-hour Monday - Friday shifts

• No weekends

• Minimal Holidays
